This episode, Scott and I spent an hour with sports journalist Dan Tencer, who works for 630 CHED in Edmonton as the host of Inside Sports.

Dan took us through his thoughts on the Edmonton Oilers and how they’ll fare this year with few roster changes, big coaching changes, and a sense of excitement he’s getting from the team about the forthcoming season.

Dan also shared his thoughts about adding another Canadian NHL team to the league, and just exactly what on earth is happening with the NHL and the Phoenix Coyotes.

Finally, Dan imparts his thoughts about working as a sports journalist. In brief: he digs it.
