Last week, we ran a contest. A contest with prizes.
Those prizes were movie passes to the new Ultra AVX setup at local Cineplex theatres. What’s Ultra AVX, you ask? Only the awesomest movie setup on the planet.
We had many great entries to our scary-movie-haiku contest. And it was a tough choice. Scott and I battled with giant jousting paddles (each representing one of our entrants) a la American Gladiators. Then, after some bloodied noses, we decided at sit down and actually read the haikus people submitted.
We had six different people enter. We allowed people to enter more than one haiku (to hedge their bets), but we stated that an entrant (the person) could only win once.
So among entries from Ryan, Stuart, Mike, Jason, Sam and Francois, Scott C Bourgeois and I picked the following winning haikus:

What? I said the words!

Prom Night 2 was filmed
partly at O’Leary High.
A #yeg claim to fame.
Congratulations to you both! Enjoy your tickets to Ultra AVX!
