Digging the Deep Freeze | S04E08

This time of January is typically cold. And even a city with a Winter City Strategy needs to work hard to get people out of doors. Enter the Deep Freeze Byzantine Winter Festival, with its ice sculptures, curling, and this year: cowboys!

Scott and I sat down with one of the festival organizers, Cadence Konopaki to find out what this six-year-old festival brings each winter to Alberta Avenue. Peep the breakdown:
